Removal of old rotting wood facia and guttering and replaced with new guttering and modern PVC facia.

Repair of a droopy roof, where a non existent ladder beam had failed. Here the gable verges were stripped back as the previous gable ladders had been done using insufficient timber, causing it to go rotten and sagging over time. All replaced with new, correctly sized timber.
